The lunch buffet is awesome. Lots of good, tasty food. When I went it was 14.95 and it came with chai tea too. The best value in the entire bay area.

Small, quaint, quiet, fresh and flavorful. I love coming here for the AYCE lunch buffet. The price is generous for the quality and amount of food. It is a small buffet station, but it has all the essentials. Their garlic naan is my favorite. The service is polite and mainly leave you alone other than the occasional water refill. The food is always fresh because of the smaller station and trays. They are refilled quickly, so there is always a new piping hot batch. There is salad, fruit, shrimp rolls, veggie rolls, a few fried options like fish/falafel, samosas, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, 4/5 other options and 2 different kinds of rice. There could be more that I missed. Overall, you are getting an AYCE lunch for the regular price of 1 curry & rice dish to go. The spicy level is very low. Although authentic (and possibly family-run), I think the restaurant leans on the side of caution for the more American level of spice. People up front and answering the phones always seem to be very polite.

One of my favorite Indian spots in the bay! I've been here for both the AYCE lunch buffet and dinner and both are great experiences! AYCE Lunch buffet: There were about 6 choices of curries, a salad bar, tandoori chicken, a bunch of seasoned veggies, and various rice dishes. I'm not sure if they rotate their options, but the day I went everything was so tasty! I appreciate how well seasoned and fresh everything was. We were also given the option of plain or garlic naan to have with the curries they were serving. It's all self serve, but all of the employees are there to help you get more water and explain what everything is if you're curious. It can get super busy, though, so you may have to wait to get some of their more popular dishes like the tandoori chicken. Loved the experience because it allowed me to try things I normally wouldn't order. The total for all you can eat was about $15-16, totally worth it! Dinner: Dinner is not buffet style. You order off of their menu like normal. Also a great option if you know what you like! Some of my favorites are saag paneer, chicken tiki masala, and lamb vindaloo. The chai tea is always amazing and perfectly spiced. Service is always fast and friendly and there almost never a wait because of how efficient the restaurant is. Overall: Quick, great food, good service. Would recommend!

There's so many Indian food places around here that may have better quality food or service... BUT what makes this place special is the lunch buffet. I went in for the first time and I must say this is one of the better Indian food BUFFETS we have here in the peninsula. The workers set you up with 3 types of Naan (Regular, Butter, or Garlic), come around regularly to refill any water, and the rest of the experience is determined by how well you navigate the many items on the buffet. The best part of all this, the entire experience including tip cost me around $20. So you can expect me back here another day for the buffet.
